Who we are: Moore Farms, a family grain farm in Blue Earth County, Minnesota.
We answer email within one business day. Please include the device you are using (iPhone, iPad, or Mac) and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Sprout Files puts the Moore Farms document cabinet where you already work. Once you sign in, the cabinet appears in the Files app on iPhone and iPad, and in the Finder sidebar on a Mac. You can browse and open documents there, save documents into it from other apps, and — on iPhone — scan paper straight into it with the camera.
Every document lives in a cabinet that only its members can read, so private paperwork stays private and shared paperwork reaches the whole operation.
Accounts are created by Moore Farms for its own people; there is no public sign-up. If you should have an account and do not, email the address above.
Signing in to any Sprout app on a device signs you in to all of them. A sign-in lasts 30 days and renews itself while you use the app.
macOS asks your permission before it will show a new location in Finder. Open System Settings › General › Login Items & Extensions › File Providers and switch on Sprout Files. Then return to the app and press Show in Finder.
Open Files, tap Browse at the bottom, and look under Locations. If it is missing, tap the three dots at the top right of Browse, choose Edit, and make sure Sprout Files is switched on.
Open the Sprout Files app, expand If something looks wrong, and press Check a document — it downloads one and reports what actually arrived. Reset the mount in the same place rebuilds the connection and clears local copies; nothing on the server is touched.
Press Refresh now under If something looks wrong. Documents filed from another device can take a moment to appear.
The same cabinet is available as a mapped network drive, with nothing to install. Sign in to the Moore Farms web app, open Sprout Files, and use the Sprout Files on a PC panel to create a drive password and get setup instructions.
Email the address above and we will remove your account and any documents you filed. Accounts belong to the farm, so we can also do this on request from an owner.
